Night / Graveyard Shift Help for . Denton, TX | $20.00/hour | 2nd Shift (Nights) We are seeking a dependable Transfer Machine Operator for a busy local manufacturing facility in Denton. In this role, you will help move and manage products through the drying and heating process using specialized equipment to maneuver heavy loads. This position is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, quick-thinking, and thrives in an active, physically demanding environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Operate a transfer car and cable winch to move product cars from holding areas into industrial dryers Use hydraulic rams to push cars accurately onto dryer tracks Keep accurate inventory records of cars and monitor/log kiln temperatures Make manual adjustments to product stacks using hand tools and wooden boards to secure loads Maintain open communication with team members to keep production moving efficiently Adhere to all facility safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

English fluency (speaking and understanding required for safety) Prior machine operating experience in a production or industrial setting is a plus Basic record-keeping skills, attention to detail, and good logical thinking ability Ability to work the required night shift schedule and complete mandatory overtime Ability to perform strenuous, physically active work throughout the shift

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & ENVIRONMENT

Lifting:

Regularly lift 45-60 lbs repeatedly; ability to lift up to 70 lbs as needed

Active Work:

Stand, walk, and perform physical labor for long periods

Environment:

Indoor manufacturing setting with exposure to extreme heat (90°F to 110°F) and high humidity

Required Attire/PPE:

Jeans, t-shirt, steel-toe boots, hard hat, and safety glasses
