Overview:

Eagle Foods products are marketed and distributed across all U.S. retail channels, including grocery stores, club stores and mass-merchandisers, as well as foodservice and export, U.S. military, and private label business.
Responsibilities:
Weighs incoming bulk materials, milk, sugar, oil, etc. Understand and executes milk, sugar, and oil receiving. Execute mobile or paper manifest. Checks trucks seals ID and compares with manifest to assure accuracy. Opens the truck top door and visually checks for milk color, foreign objects, and foam excess. Performs milk agitation. Responsible for collecting samples for incoming inspection and for laboratory. Maintain proper chart recording system. Understand and perform quality testing. Performs milk testing for acidity, body fat, PH, and antibiotics. Unloads milk into silos once satisfactory results are obtained. Hooks-up piping and hoses as needed. Performs tritation test to review correct milk concentration and composition. Creates wash tags with seals and closes the truck. Responsible for filling and completion of daily milk log, DFA, lab, and charm samples forms. Performs cleaning/sanitation process (CIP) for raw silos, lines and tankers to ensure requirements are met and maintains equipment clean always following established procedures. Understand and can perform cream loadouts. Performs Clean in Place (CILs) in Redzone as assigned. Follows all Good Manufacturing Practices as stated within the policy. Follows all safety rules & procedures and ensures safety of others. Follow all food safety procedures. Follows all environmental protocols as applicable. Performs any other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications:
Completion of a High School Diploma or GED required. The ability to communicate and take directions effectively and efficiently in the English language , both verbal and written. 1-year of process receiving experience preferred. Proven problem-solving skills with a mechanical understanding of machinery. Basic computer and tablet skills , including familiarity with common applications and internet use. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures. Experience with GMP's, HACCP, and Food Safety requirements preferred.
