Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Machine Operator and become a vital contributor to our production excellence! In this energetic role, you will operate a variety of industrial equipment, including CNC machines, stamping presses, and flexo presses, ensuring precision and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality products while maintaining safety standards and optimizing workflow. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop technical skills in machining, fabrication, and equipment troubleshooting within a fast-paced environment committed to innovation and quality. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, CNC programming, CAM programming, and other automated equipment to produce parts according to technical specifications. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production documents to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly. Conduct precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensional accuracy and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing). Perform routine maintenance on machinery such as press brake machines, stamping presses, and CNC equipment; troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime. Handle materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse tools; assist with materials handling and packaging processes. Follow safety standards in production environments by adhering to safety protocols and wearing appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks, tooling setups, and quality control inspections to ensure product consistency and excellence. Qualifications Proven experience operating industrial machinery such as CNC mills, CNC lathes, stamping presses, or flexo presses in a manufacturing or factory setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and shop math. Familiarity with Fanuc controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), SolidWorks CAD software, and CNC programming is highly desirable. Ability to use precision measurement tools including micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and shop math for quality assurance purposes. Experience with industrial equipment troubleshooting and factory safety standards is essential. Basic welding skills or experience with fabrication processes are a plus. Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire. Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills; capable of interpreting manufacturing documentation accurately. $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
