Eligible for permanent hire after 520 hours, based on attendance, performance, and completion of Downstream Operator training. Position Summary We are seeking dependable Downstream Operators with previous construction or manufacturing experience. This is a hands-on production position that requires employees to remain on their feet for the majority of a 12-hour shift. Operators are assigned to a production line and are responsible for assisting with the downstream process, including coiling pipe and supporting production operations in their assigned work area. Requirements Previous construction or manufacturing experience required Basic math skills Familiarity with basic hand tools Ability to accurately read a tape measure Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment Ability to stand for approximately 12 hours Reliable attendance and dependable transportation Must wear steel-toe footwear when reporting to work Must successfully complete a skills assessment Must meet client background requirements, including no disqualifying felony convictions within the past 7 years All candidates are subject to final client approval Schedule Employees work approximately 15 days per month on a rotating schedule. The schedule includes every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off, providing extended weekends throughout the month. Breaks During each shift, employees receive: Two paid 15-minute breaks One 30-minute lunch break Lunch is paid when the employee remains onsite Employees must clock out if leaving the premises during lunch PPE Employees are required to provide their own steel-toe shoes or boots. All other required personal protective equipment will be provided by the company.
