Eligible for permanent hire after 520 hours, based on attendance, performance, and completion of Downstream Operator training. Position Summary We are seeking dependable Downstream Operators with previous construction or manufacturing experience for an overnight production shift. This is a hands-on industrial position that requires employees to remain on their feet for the majority of a 12-hour shift. Operators are assigned to a production line and are responsible for assisting with downstream production operations, including coiling pipe and supporting the line in their assigned work area. Requirements Previous construction or manufacturing experience required Basic math skills Knowledge of basic hand tools Ability to accurately read a tape measure Mechanically inclined and comfortable in an industrial environment Ability to stand for approximately 12 hours Ability to work a consistent overnight schedule Reliable attendance and dependable transportation Must provide and wear steel-toe shoes or boots Must successfully complete a skills assessment Must meet client background requirements, including no disqualifying felony convictions within the past 7 years All candidates are subject to final client approval Schedule Employees work approximately 15 days per month on a rotating schedule. The schedule includes every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off, allowing for regular three-day weekends. Breaks During each shift, employees receive: Two paid 15-minute breaks One 30-minute lunch break Lunch is paid when the employee remains onsite Employees must clock out if leaving the premises during lunch PPE Employees must provide their own steel-toe shoes or boots. All other required personal protective equipment will be provided by the company. Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Employees may be eligible for permanent hire after completing 520 hours, provided they: Maintain good attendance Meet performance expectations Successfully complete Downstream Operator training Remain in good standing with the client This is a strong long-term opportunity for candidates with construction, manufacturing, production, or other hands-on industrial experience who are comfortable working overnight 12-hour shifts.
