Job Summary:

Pronto Staffing is now hiring a Foam Injection Machine Operator for a full-time role. You will run foam dispensing equipment to fill plastic parts safely and correctly. This position requires strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination. Responsibilities Run foam dispensing machines to inject foam into plastic parts Follow basic work orders to set proper mix ratios and shot sizes Check finished parts for defects, voids, or improper foam expansion Clean and maintain tools, hoses, spray guns, and work areas Clear simple machine clogs and make minor equipment adjustments Keep accurate records of your daily production counts Follow all safety rules while handling manufacturing chemicals Requirements Must speak and understand English Basic mechanical skills and ability to follow written directions Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination Reliable attendance and a strong focus on workplace safety Work Environment Stand for long periods during your shift Lift up to 80 pounds as needed Work indoors around noise, moving machinery, and manufacturing chemicals Complete repetitive hand, arm, bending, and reaching movements Wear required PPE including high-top steel toe boots, safety glasses, and protective sleeves
