•20/hr. : TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Machine Setup Operator at least 2 years of experience. Will be responsible for operating and maintaining urethane production equipment, performing machine startups, weighing materials, and conducting quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications. Duties include troubleshooting production issues, rebuilding dispensing pumps, assisting with open cast and injection molding processes, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Must be proficient with hand tools and precision measuring instruments, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with polyurethane and quality inspection standards preferred. Longevity at their previous employment is very important to us. We need someone with a strong background who plans to stay long term.
