• Temp-to-hire Overview We are seeking a dedicated Blender Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team.

Responsibilities Operate blender machinery safely and efficiently according to established production schedules and specifications Measure and add ingredients accurately using basic math skills to ensure proper recipe formulation Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime Maintain strict sanitation standards by cleaning equipment regularly in compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines Ensure proper documentation of production activities and adhere to sanitation and safety regulations Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment as needed for ingredient or product movement within the facility Requirements Prior experience in manufacturing, Mechanical knowledge related to industrial equipment operation and troubleshooting Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and adjusting recipes accurately Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
