The Role We are seeking a Field Pipe Installer/Crew Member to join our growing team in Houston, Texas. In this hands-on, entry-level role, you'll work directly with a Crew Leader to install, set up, and service pumps and equipment on job sites. Key Responsibilities Assist with installation, set-up, and removal of pumps, piping, and related equipment. Operate and maintain small hand and power tools to support job site work. Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times. Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance tasks. Maintain professional communication with customers and team members. What You'll Bring High school diploma or GED preferred. Forklift certified is a plus, or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days. CPE will provide training and certification. Basic mechanical aptitude. Able to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in extreme temperatures. Team player with a safety-first mindset. Experience in the rental pump industry is a plus-HDPR fusion experience preferred. A valid driver's license and clean driving record required; CDL is a plus! Ready to Apply?
