Irving, TX area; candidates should live within reasonable distance of a major airport

Schedule:

Heavy weekly travel to project sites; schedule may vary by deployment and site needs

Contract Responsibilities:

Deploy, operate, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain robotic/autonomous construction equipment Support field setup, calibration, sensor adjustment, component checks, and equipment readiness Coordinate with operators, site teams, technical support, and project stakeholders Identify and document field issues, equipment failures, and practical improvement opportunities Help maintain safe deployment practices and professional jobsite standards Represent Rinvio well while supporting travel-based field assignments

Requirements:

Heavy equipment, construction, field service, machinery, robotics, or autonomous equipment experience 5+ years of hands-on repair, maintenance, operation, or field troubleshooting experience preferred Comfort working with mechanical systems, electronics, sensors, diagnostics, and tools Clear professional communication with operators, site teams, customers, and technical teams Willingness to travel weekly across the U.S. Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to lift up to 60 lbs Welding, fabrication, hydraulics, soldering, electrical, GPS/machine control, or construction tech experience is a plus Why this role: $115,000-$125,000/year compensation range based on experience Hands-on autonomous equipment field role Travel-based work for candidates who enjoy machinery and practical troubleshooting Professional recruiting support from Rinvio Learn more about
