Safely operate packaging and transfer equipment following Visual Operating Procedures. •
Repacking & Material Handling:
Perform precise repacking tasks and support general production and warehouse flow. •
Workplace Maintenance:
Keep workstations, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and running efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS

Speed & Accuracy:
Demonstrated ability to work fast, accurately, and independently with minimal supervision. •
Physical Readiness:
Able to lift up to 55 lbs and work comfortably in both indoor and outdoor environments across varying weather conditions. •
Punctuality & Flexibility:
Strict on-time attendance with willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. •
Core Skills:
Proficient in English (read, write, speak) and basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide). •
Safety & Quality First:
Full compliance with PPE rules, OSHA regulations, and site Quality Manual standards.
