(INPS) is a "world class provider of mobile identification graphics". Our customers include (but are not limited to) the North American rail, transit, and trucking industries and various policing agencies across the continent. We currently have an immediate opening for a Clean Room Machine Operator in our Longview TX facility. The ideal candidate for this position will be a dependable and highly detail-oriented individual with experience working in a fabrication, or graphics production environment. Those interested in applying for this role should possess good mechanical aptitude, computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment within a cleanroom while wearing required PPE and following strict cleanliness standards. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Set up and operate digital cutting, printing, masking, and laminating equipment, including laser cutting machines.
- Use digital cutting software applications to prepare and process production jobs.
- Read and interpret work orders, stage materials, and verify specifications.
- Inspect first-off parts and take measurements to ensure quality standards are met.
- Complete production records and required paperwork accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of machines, workstations, and surrounding work areas.
- Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Perform other duties and special projects as may be required by Management.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a manufacturing, or graphics production environment is an asset.
- Good mechanical aptitude and general computer knowledge.
- Ability to accurately use measuring equipment and interpret blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and quality awareness.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing required PPE and following strict cleanliness standards.
