(INPS) is a "world class provider of mobile identification graphics". Our customers include (but are not limited to) the North American rail, transit, and trucking industries and various policing agencies across the continent. We currently have an immediate opening for a Digital Machine Operator in our Longview TX facility. The ideal candidate will be a dependable, detail-oriented individual with strong mechanical aptitude and computer skills. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively with other team members to meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Duties include but are not limited to : Set up cutting files using applicable software. Operate Zund cutting machines and related finishing equipment. Produce and inspect first-off parts for quality approval. Apply decals, laminates, and premasks to various signage materials. Perform finishing operations including cutting, weeding, packaging, crating, scoring, numbering, and part identification. Complete required production paperwork accurately and on time. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements. Perform other duties as assigned by the
Production Supervisor Requirements :
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work with production software.
  • Ability to read and follow work orders and production instructions.
  • Basic math and measuring skills, including the ability to interpret blueprints.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
