Job Description

We are looking to add a few Machine Operators to our Longview, Texas team. This role operates various sheet metal forming and stamping equipment, including laser forming, to produce sheet metal components for assembly utilizing the current standard shop floor job protocols, performs other job-related duties, and completes all necessary records. The successful candidate(s) will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, related technical trade training, six months or more of machine operating or other job-related experience/training, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience; understand and be comfortable with both the working environment and physical requirements of the role including a non-climate-controlled warehouse, lifting/pushing/pulling objects 25/50+ pounds, and standing on one's feet for a longer period of time; and the ability to do intermediate math skills. Previous manufacturing machine experience with the ability to read basic engineering drawings and previous use of various measuring devices like tape measures and calipers is strongly preferred. •There is an opportunity for hourly wage progression based on acceptable overall job performance and reviews at 90 days, six months, and one year from the date of hire• If you are looking for an impactful hands-on opportunity with an established and growing company, we welcome you to apply. Shift:
Monday through Thursday, 5:00am to 3:00pm, with a paid 30-minute lunch break. Overtime may be required as needed.
