Operates Wire Winder. Set up and operate bobbin winders according to manufacturing specifications, following detailed instructions accurately String wire through bobbin winders, adjust counter to necessary footage, fill up oil container as needed Record the necessary data on WW2 for labeling Place finished bobbins on wire table, make wire bobbins according to inventory on wire table Keep all bobbin machines operate continuously Pull material from warehouse as needed Maintain work area in clean and orderly fashion, follow 5S practices Know and practice all safety regulations and quality guidelines Report production issues to direct lead Perform work on an equal or lower classification Detect and report problem areas or unusual conditions to the Value Stream Team Lead. Perform related and other duties assigned by the Value Stream Team Lead.
