This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with industrial equipment, uphold safety standards, and contribute to the seamless operation of our manufacturing facility. As a Dumper, you will be responsible for safely operating heavy machinery, managing materials handling processes, and supporting packaging and assembly operations to meet production goals. Duties Operate heavy-duty dump trucks and material handling equipment in accordance with safety protocols and manufacturing procedures Load, unload, and transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging supplies within the facility Assist with packaging operations by ensuring proper handling of materials and adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations Interpret production documents and standard operating procedures to execute tasks accurately Conduct mechanical troubleshooting on industrial equipment and perform basic maintenance or report issues promptly Follow safety standards in production areas, including heavy lifting techniques and safety protocol adherence Support warehouse operations by organizing materials, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring efficient workflow Experience Prior experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred Familiarity with manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP regulations is advantageous Knowledge of packaging equipment, materials handling techniques, and industrial troubleshooting skills are essential Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and recording data accurately Experience operating forklift or other material handling equipment is a plus; certification is preferred Mechanical knowledge related to industrial equipment troubleshooting enhances performance in this role Ability to interpret production documents and follow detailed instructions precisely This role offers an energetic environment where your skills directly impact the efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
