In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial embroidery machines to create high-quality embroidered designs on a variety of fabric materials. Your expertise will ensure precise craftsmanship, adherence to quality standards, and efficient production workflows. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of custom apparel in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. Duties Set up and operate embroidery machines, ensuring correct thread colors, design placement, and machine settings for each project Measure fabric and materials accurately using measuring instruments to ensure proper alignment and sizing of embroidery designs Monitor machine performance throughout production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards in production Inspect finished products for embroidery quality, verifying stitch consistency, design accuracy, and adherence to specifications Handle materials carefully during loading, unloading, and storage to prevent damage and ensure smooth workflow Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards in production Assist with manual fabric cutting and garment sewing tasks when necessary to support overall manufacturing processes Qualifications Proven experience operating industrial sewing machines, embroidery machines, or similar equipment. Strong understanding of sewing techniques including seam construction, serging, garment construction, and upholstery work is a plus. Knowledge of measuring instruments and dimensional measurements for precise fabric handling and embroidery placement Familiarity with quality standards in production to ensure consistent product excellence Ability to handle fabric materials carefully during sewing, embroidery, and materials handling tasks Basic understanding of safety standards in production environments to maintain a safe workspace Experience with manual cutting (fabric cutting) and garment sewing is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Join our team as an Embroidery Machine Operator and bring your craftsmanship skills into a vibrant environment where quality meets creativity!
