Full time Full job description We are hiring experienced Machine Operators to support the fabrication of structural steel beams and components using robotic welding systems and automated equipment. This is a hands-on role working with large steel members, automated welding cells, and fabrication machinery. If you have experience instructural steel, robotic welding, or heavy fabrication, this is a great opportunity to join a growing, high-performance team. What Youll Do Operate and monitorrobotic welding systemsand automated fabrication equipment Set up machines, tooling, and basic robotic programs based on work orders and drawings Fabricate structural steel beams, includingfit-up, alignment, and positioning of components Load and secure steel materials for welding and fabrication processes Inspect welds and finished components forquality and accuracy Read and interpretblueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols Measure and verify parts using calipers and gauges Troubleshoot basic equipment or fabrication issues Perform routine maintenance and keep work area clean and safe Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily output goals What Were Looking For 2+ years of experienceoperating fabrication equipment in a manufacturing environment Experience instructural steel fabrication and/or robotic welding strongly a plus Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols Experience withCNC machines, automated systems, or beam lines is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused Work Environment Manufacturing facility withrobotic welding cells and heavy steel fabrication equipment Work around large structural steel beams and overhead cranes Exposure to heat, noise, and industrial conditions Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly Comfortable working around heavy equipment and steel materials

Work Schedule:

Full Time:

Monday-Friday, 1st Shift (6:00am - 2:00pm), 2nd Shift (2:00pm - 10:00pm) Overtime and weekends as need.
