You start by checking an extrusion line, dialing in settings, and keeping material moving safely and efficiently. When something changes, you notice first—adjusting, troubleshooting, and teaming up to keep production on pace. What you'll do Operate and monitor production machinery (extrusion experience is a plus). Perform hands-on work on the manufacturing floor—no desk work. Use hand tools and practical mechanical skills to keep lines running. Follow strict safety and quality standards every shift. Lift and move materials as needed (up to 70 lbs). What you bring High school diploma or equivalent. Background in manufacturing, production, extrusion, mechanics, farm work, or other physically demanding jobs. Comfort working overnight shifts. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong safety focus. Team-first mindset and willingness to learn.
