Responsibilities Operate embroidery machines efficiently to produce high-quality embroidered designs on various garments and textiles Set up and adjust sewing machines for different embroidery patterns, ensuring accuracy and consistency Inspect finished products for defects, color accuracy, and overall quality before packaging Maintain a clean and organized work area to support smooth manufacturing flow Assist with basic garment construction tasks as needed, including threading machines and troubleshooting issues Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship Qualifications Experience or familiarity with garment construction and sewing machine operation is highly desirable Basic knowledge of sewing techniques and embroidery processes preferred Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus, demonstrating reliability and efficiency in a production setting Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks with precision, and work collaboratively in a team environment Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to quality workmanship Willingness to learn new skills related to embroidery technology and manufacturing workflows Embark on an exciting journey where your skills contribute directly to creating beautifully embroidered products!
