From our 40,000 SF facility in Missouri City, TX, we currently manage the production, sales, marketing, planning, and distribution of 3D printing filament for the North America region.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Extrusion Machine Operator is responsible for operating all equipment on an extrusion line. Extrusion line equipment consists of pellet hopper, pellet feeder, extruder, extrusion bath, tensioner, winder, and spool take-off.
POSITION TYPE
Full Time, Hourly The Extrusion Machine Operator reports directly to the Shift Lead. Key Responsibilities Operation of a single or twin-screw plastic extruder, including material preparation, equipment setup, winding, and cleaning Document production rate against shift plan and complete work order information Document all equipment, material, and quality issues during shift Follow all process work instructions Follow all company environmental, health, and safety standards Stop work authority - STOPS all work if unsafe conditions are identified Communicate areas of improvement
Key Expectations:
