New Braunfels, TX Company:
Simpson Race Products, a division of
Holley Performance Brands Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM (Overtime and occasional Saturdays during peak production)
Starting Pay:
$17.82/hour+ (Based on experience)

What You'll Do As a General Assembly Team Member, you'll help assemble some of the industry's most recognized racing safety equipment.
Your day may include:
Assembling racing helmets and safety products using hand and pneumatic tools Installing hardware, trim, electronics, and air systems into helmets Applying industrial adhesives with precision Inspecting parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Reading and following work instructions and assembly procedures Identifying and reporting quality concerns Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe Supporting continuous improvement initiatives Assisting with other production tasks as business needs require Products you may help build include: Helmets HANS Devices Head & Neck Restraints Parachutes Accessories What This Job Is Really Like We believe in being upfront about the work so you can decide if it's the right fit. This position is ideal for someone who: Enjoys working with their hands Likes detailed, repetitive work Takes pride in producing high-quality products Works well as part of a team Shows up consistently and is dependable The work is fast-paced and requires standing for most of the shift while performing repetitive assembly tasks. Attention to detail and quality are critical because every product we build helps protect racers. What We're Looking For We're looking for dependable team members who: Have excellent attendance and reliability Pay close attention to detail Can follow written work instructions Work safely and efficiently Are organized and able to manage their time Communicate well with teammates Have basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel) Can work overtime when production demands require it Preferred Qualifications We're willing to train the right person!
