Compensation:

$16 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities:

Operating production machinery and equipment to meet daily production goals. Ensuring quality control by inspecting products for defects and discrepancies. Packaging finished products according to company standards for shipment. Maintaining a clean and organized work area to uphold safety and efficiency. Occasional Delivery Driving. Customer Service. Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot production issues and improve processes.

Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Full-time work. Clean driving record. Ability to switch between tasks and maintain quality.
