$20 - $26/hour (pay is negotiable based on experience and skill level) We're looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our Fab Shop team. We are seeking a hardworking professional who enjoys meeting challenges and surpassing expectations. The ideal candidate will have a background as a Machine Operator and be willing to do what it takes to complete jobs on-time and on-budget. - Text "FAB" to 903.231.7076 Job Summary The Machine Operator is responsible for safely operating fabrication equipment to produce high-quality parts that meet production specifications. This role supports daily manufacturing operations by maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor heavy fabrication equipment such as press brakes, plate rollers, CNC plasma or oxy-fuel tables, ironworkers, and large band saws Handle and process heavy-gauge steel and structural materials Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders Measure, inspect, and verify parts using precision tools to ensure compliance with specifications Perform basic machine maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting Safely rig, load, and unload materials using overhead cranes, forklifts, or hoists Why Join HWH?
