The ideal candidate will have experience operating various machinery and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where precision and quality are paramount. The Machine Operator will be responsible for ensuring that machines operate efficiently and produce high-quality products. Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery, including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, and flexo presses. Set up machines according to specifications and perform necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance. Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical documents to ensure accurate production. Conduct regular quality control checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals efficiently. Utilize hand tools for fabrication, assembly, and materials handling as needed. Troubleshoot machine issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity. Skills Proficient in operating Fanuc programmable logic controllers and CNC programming. Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles. Experience with CAM programming for automated machining processes. Knowledge of press brake machines, welding techniques, and general mechanical knowledge. Strong background in manufacturing processes, including machining, packaging, and fabrication. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Competence in using basic math for measurements and calculations related to production tasks. Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred, along with a solid understanding of quality control measures. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
