Responsibilities:
Equipment Operation:
Set up, operate, and monitor various production machines to ensure maximum output and efficiency.Assembly & Loading:
Load raw materials and components into feeder units and clear any equipment mis-feeds as they occur.Quality Inspection:
Perform continuous visual checks of finished or in-process parts to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements. ...Equipment Care:
Maintain a clean and safe workspace while keeping tools and machinery in good working condition.Reporting:
Notify supervisors of any equipment malfunctions or product defects to ensure immediate resolution.Working hours:
8:00 AM- 5:00
PM Skills:
Experience:
Prior experience in machine operation, automated assembly, or a manufacturing production environment is preferred.Technical Literacy:
Ability to read and follow basic assembly drawings, bills of material (BOM), or other written technical instructions. Attention toDetail:
Strong visual skills to distinguish between conforming and non-conforming products based on provided standards.Physical Requirements:
Must have excellent visual acuity (20/20 with correction) and the ability to discern different colors.Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 yearsQualifications:
