Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma Willing to train candidates with experience operating industrial or manufacturing machinery (textile or plastics preferred) Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail Must pass a background check and drug screening The Machine Operator is responsible for operating , moterning, and maintaining equipment used in the production of Flat Iron Yarn using the Hagihara extrusion and stretching process. This role ensures continues , efficient , and safe production while maintaining quality standards and minimizing downtime . Responsibility's include but are not limited to the following : Machine Operation and Production ( details to be given at interview) Quality Control ( details to be given at interview ) Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Safety and Compliances Qualification's and Requirements :

Experience operating machinery ( preferablely textile and or plastics) Ability to Read and follow technical documents and instructions Forklift and Material Knowledge
