Set up, program, and run machines like screen printers, pick-and-place systems, reflow ovens, and AOI inspection tools. Do rapid, efficient line changeovers to keep production moving smoothly. Read blueprints and bills of materials (BOMs) to make sure parts match perfectly. Catch errors early?troubleshoot component misfeeds or alignment issues on the fly. Use basic
IPC-A-610
standards to inspect your work and keep quality high.
Working hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Skills:
An active or past IPC-A-610 or
J-STD-001
certification. Experience running specific brands like Fuji, Panasonic, Hanwha, or KohYoung. Skill with a soldering iron for doing micro-rework or touch-ups under a microscope. Ability to speak both English and Spanish.
