As an Assembly Line Team Member, you will play a key role in assembling products, maintaining quality standards, and helping meet daily production goals. • Assemble components and products according to production specifications and work instructions
• Perform quality inspections on parts and finished products
• Safely operate hand tools, assembly equipment, and other production machinery as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and production-ready work area
• Complete production documentation and use computer systems to track inventory and production activities
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools and RF scanners is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to adapt to changing production needs and priorities
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Commitment to workplace safety
• High School Diploma or GED required Work Environment
• Fast-paced manufacturing environment
