• Determined based on experience (Paid Weekly)

Work Model:

Onsite

• 05:30 AM to 04:00 PM Mondays to Thursdays
• 10-hour shift.

Role:

BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Operator to join our client's site in Plano, TX. This role will support the assembly, repair, and testing of pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related medical device assemblies, requiring precision work with microscopes and small components.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform production and assembly-related tasks in a manufacturing environment Use microscopes and hand tools to inspect, handle, and manipulate materials or components Follow established policies, procedures, and work instructions Read, interpret, and apply written instructions and production information Maintain quality standards while working efficiently and safely Participate in instructor-led training sessions conducted in English Communicate schedule needs in advance, including any upcoming vacations or requested days off

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. Manufacturing experience Experience in assembly Experience in medical devices Experience using a microscope Experience in quality and inspection

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to multitask Teamwork skills Knowledge of relevant computer applications (MS Word and Excel) About
