Job Summary Pronto Staffing is now hiring for an entry-level role in a production setting. You will help manage the cooking and chilling process for food products. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys active, physical work and is comfortable working around ovens and large coolers. Responsibilities Set up and watch oven temperatures and timers Move product in and out of cookers and into chilling areas Transport heavy racks weighing between 350-400 lbs Check equipment settings to make sure they are accurate Keep clear records of cooking and cooling times Follow all safety and work instructions carefully Keep the work area clean and organized Requirements Ability to read and follow written work instructions Basic computer skills for keeping records High school diploma preferred Ability to speak and understand English Strong attendance and reliability Work Environment Stand for long periods of time Move and push very heavy racks (up to 400 lbs) Work in areas with extreme heat (ovens) and extreme cold (freezers) Perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, and reaching Follow a strict dress code including steel-toe boots and a bump cap Benefits Benefits may be available depending on assignment.
