1st Monday-Friday 8am-5pm We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to operate a Serenco 3-Color Flexo Folder Gluer in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, have at least one year of machine operating experience, and be capable of ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are consistently met. Required Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Minimum 1 year of experience operating a Serenco 3-Color Flexo Folder Gluer Ability to read and interpret work orders, production schedules, and specifications Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and meet production goals Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Essential Duties and Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor the Serenco 3-Color Flexo Folder Gluer according to production specifications. Perform machine adjustments to maintain quality and productivity standards. Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality requirements. Troubleshoot machine issues and make minor repairs as needed. Complete production reports and maintain accurate records. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards. Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance personnel, and team members in both English and Spanish. Assist with preventative maintenance activities and equipment inspections. Meet daily production goals while minimizing waste and downtime. Physical Requirements Frequently stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. Ability to work around moving mechanical equipment and manufacturing noise. Preferred Qualifications Experience in corrugated packaging or box manufacturing. Knowledge of Flexographic printing processes. Forklift certification is a plus.

Pay:

$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
