The position requires frequent communication with QA/QC, product development, and warehouse teams, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and demonstrate strong teamwork, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

General Duties:

Responsible for setting up, monitoring, and maintaining machines and equipment used in manufacturing areas such as L.B. Bohle, Viking and Parata. Responsible for dispensing released finish batches into packaging equipment and operating other related equipment. Responsible for dispensing different multipack products. Responsible for ensuring equipment is dispensing proper batches and constant production line flow. Responsible and accountable for documenting batch numbers, best-buy dates, accurate packaging and any other related requirement per work instructions and SOPs. Proper and safe operation of packaging equipment and lift equipment. Fills out proper forms and must follow Good Documentation Practices. Communication with different departments such as QA/QC, Product Development and Warehouse Operations on any issues with packaging of finish goods. Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Follow proper procedures for daily start-up and shutdown of respective areas. Assist or perform tasks given by management to support business needs.

Knowledge and Skills Preferred:

High School Diploma/GED. Minimum of 1 year working experience. Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm.
