Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging/Shipping Technician to support shipping, inventory, and material handling operations in a PCB manufacturing environment. The role involves receiving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, moving products, and preparing shipments while following safety and quality standards. Job Description Load, unload, and transport materials and finished products. Operate manual and electric pallet jacks to move materials safely. Receive, inspect, count, and stock incoming materials. Process returned materials and verify required information. Deliver materials to production and finished goods to shipping. Complete accurate inventory and shipping transactions. Perform cycle counts and follow FIFO, labeling, shelf-life, and Min/Max procedures. Read pick tickets and shipping orders for accurate material selection. Operate pallet jacks, reel counters, and torque drills. Follow safety procedures and proper material handling practices. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Skills Required Warehouse, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred. Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations. Experience with manual and electric pallet jacks. Ability to complete inventory and shipping documentation accurately. Ability to read pick tickets and work orders. Basic mechanical aptitude and hand tool experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift 20+ lbs and perform physical warehouse duties. Ability to work in manufacturing and loading dock environments. Ability to maintain focus during detailed inventory tasks. Education High school diploma or GED Pay rate & Shifting Schedule available: $19/hr
- 1st shift (Monday to Thursday, 5:00AM to 3:30 PM) $20.90/hr
- 2nd shift (Monday to Thursday, 4:00PM to 2:30AM) $19/hr
