5 days per week | 40 hours per week
Pay:
$13-$15 per hour (based on experience) We are seeking an experienced Tajima Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating Tajima or similar commercial embroidery machines and be committed to producing high-quality embroidered products efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities Operate and monitor both 1-head and 4-head Tajima embroidery machines Set up embroidery jobs including hooping garments, loading designs and selecting thread colors Ensure embroidery quality meets company standards Track and record thread usage and inventory consumption Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment Meet daily production targets while minimizing material waste Communicate production issues and equipment concerns to management Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience operating Tajima embroidery machines or similar commercial embroidery equipment Strong understanding of embroidery machine setup, operation and troubleshooting Ability to read work orders and follow production instructions accurately Experience with thread changes, tension adjustments and machine maintenance High attention to detail and quality control Ability to stand for extended periods and lift production materials when required Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a garment decoration or apparel production environment Familiarity with embroidery software and design file formats (DST and related formats) Experience managing multiple machine heads simultaneously Inventory tracking or production reporting experience What We Offer Competitive hourly pay of $13-$15 per hour Stable full-time employment Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within a growing apparel production business If you have experience with Tajima embroidery machines and take pride in producing high-quality work, we would love to hear from you.
