This role involves operating machinery, handling materials, and ensuring production output meets quality standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and comfortable working with tools, equipment, and detailed specifications.

Manufacturing Operator Job Duties:

Operate designated machinery and equipment to support production processes Sort and stage materials according to job requirements Operate forklifts to move and handle materials throughout the facility Assist in manufacturing and assembling industrial components such as rafters Read and use tape measures accurately for production tasks Interpret basic blueprints and job specifications Make adjustments to machines based on material and production requirements Use inspection tools such as micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions Monitor equipment to ensure consistent performance and product accuracy Measure workpieces regularly to maintain quality standards Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Follow all safety procedures and work in a team-oriented environment

Manufacturing Operator Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operator role preferred Ability to read a tape measure accurately Basic blueprint reading skills Experience using hand tools, power tools, and inspection equipment Ability to operate or learn forklift operation Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to work on feet for extended periods Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Clear criminal background check Must be able to pass hair follicle drug test

Pay:

$19.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 6 am - 2:30 pm
