Job Description
AtWork Personnel is seeking an experienced MAZAK Laser Operator to set up, operate, and maintain MAZAK laser cutting machines to produce precision metal components. The ideal candidate will ensure quality, efficiency, and safety while meeting production goals.

Full time Day Shift Monday-Friday $22 starting off Weekly Pay Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate MAZAK laser cutting machines
- Load/unload raw materials and finished parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and CAD drawings
- Select correct programs, tooling, and materials
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures)
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment clean
- Follow all safety and quality standards
- Work closely with supervisors, programmers, and quality teams Qualifications
- 2+ year experience operating MAZAK laser machines (2D or 3D)
- Experience cutting steel, stainless steel, aluminum
- Ability to read blueprints and measure tolerances
- Basic knowledge of laser parameters (speed, power, focus)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs Apply NOW!
