We are dedicated to creating beautiful outdoor spaces and maintaining healthy landscapes through expert craftsmanship and sustainable practices. Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tractor/Shredder Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will operate a large tractor and 15-ft shredder to support our landscaping and land management projects. Your expertise will help ensure efficient land clearing and maintenance, while adhering to safety standards. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in a hands-on environment that values mechanical skill experience. Responsibilities Operate tractor and shredder, safely and efficiently for land clearing, shredding, and landscaping tasks Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on machinery and equipment using hand tools and power tools Ensure compliance with safety standards in all equipment operation Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting and equipment setup or breakdown Maintain detailed records of equipment use, repairs, safety checks, and operational logs Qualifications Proven experience operating tractors, shredders, or similar heavy machinery in farming or landscaping environments Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic repairs on machinery using hand tools and power tools Familiarity with welding techniques for minor repairs is a plus Ability to follow safety standards rigorously while operating equipment and performing manual tasks
