Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Assembly and Auxiliary Technician, where your mechanical skills and hands-on expertise will drive the production of high-quality products. Duties Assemble components accurately using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line techniques to meet production standards. Operate forklifts safely to move materials and finished products within the manufacturing facility. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and parts to ensure quality and safety compliance. Support auxiliary functions such as packaging, labeling, and inventory management within the warehouse or production area. Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process. Assist with troubleshooting mechanical issues on the assembly line and report any malfunctions promptly. Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of tools and machinery. Qualifications Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge or background in assembly work is essential. Experience operating forklifts, power tools, and hand tools is required; forklift certification is a plus. Warehouse experience will be advantageous for supporting auxiliary tasks effectively. Familiarity with assembly line processes and manufacturing procedures is beneficial. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and work in a fast-paced environment.
