Temp RPM Staffing is in need of a machine operator in Denison Texas! We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing quality products.
Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery and equipment
  • Perform routine machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
  • Load raw materials and unload finished products as needed
  • Communicate with supervisors and team members to maintain production flow
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance on machines
Qualifications:
  • Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to read measuring tools, gauges, and work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
