Machine Operator |
Sherman, TX Pay:
$20.50 / Hour RPM Staffing is hiring a reliable, safety-focused Machine Operator to support efficient manufacturing operations. Ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude who can work independently or as part of a team.
What You'll Do:
  • Operate machinery following work instructions and safety protocols
  • Monitor production, inspect parts, and adjust for quality
  • Read blueprints, job orders, and tooling specs
  • Perform routine maintenance and report issues
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Assist production as directed; train on multiple machines as needed
What We're Looking For:
  • Manufacturing or machine shop experience
  • Basic math skills; tape measure & blueprint reading
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
