Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Capsule Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the capsuling process for powders, including assembling, breaking down, cleaning, and troubleshooting machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate capsule machines and ensure accurate assembly and filling. Assemble, disassemble, and clean equipment per company protocols. Identify and report any defects or irregularities in the product. Maintain organized and clean workstations. Collaborate effectively with team members and seek support when needed. Ensure all procedures align with safety regulations and product standards. Demonstrate strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity when working with tools and small parts. Continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency and quality in the capsuling process. Support a safe work environment and adhere to all safety guidelines. Perform end-of-day cleaning and sanitation duties at the station.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience with hand tools and small mechanical parts. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Able to follow both verbal and written instructions. Experience in a GMP facility is a plus Prior experience with hand tools and small mechanical parts.
