ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

An HLU Operator loads reinforcing medium and resin or premix charges of prescribed amounts onto molding equipment and carries out prescribed molding cycles. Makes minor adjustments to equipment, charge and/or cycle to obtain a quality product. Unloads the part from the HLU table/mold, ensuring the part meets quality standards. Counts, measures, mixes, and weighs accurately of resins and catalysts. Maintains quality, safety, and service-oriented individuals. Preparation of molding equipment and materials for daily operations. Prepares reinforcing medium and resin for HLU. Understand mixes and material identification. Performs proper housekeeping within his/her designated area daily. Proper and safe handling of power tools (worm drive saw, drill mixer) when needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Steel Toes are required. Basic addition, subtraction, multiplication and division- must pass a per-employment math test. Must be able to use hand trucks and carts to push and pull loads > 100 lbs. Must have the ability to lift and carry loads = 50 lbs. Must have the ability to safely mount and dismount forklifts. Position requires dexterity of hands and fingers to use hand/power tools and fasten items.
