This is a hands-on shop position in a warehouse environment that is not climate controlled, so applicants should be comfortable working in heat, cold, and a fast-paced industrial setting.

Requirements:

Must speak Spanish Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs Good attitude and team mindset Experience in hydraulics, automotive, diesel, ag, or industrial work is a plus but were willing to train the right person

What Youll Do:

Build and repair hydraulic hose assemblies Assist customers at the counter and over the phone Identify fittings, adapters, and hydraulic components Pull and stock inventory Keep the shop clean, organized, and ready to work Help with deliveries and general shop duties as needed
