What You'll Do:

As a Night Shift Preform Machine Operator Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely operate equipment to process rubber and related materials
• Use tools like calipers, scales, and rulers to measure and verify product specifications
• Keep your work area safe and clean while following PPE and safety protocols
• Operate mechanical equipment (overhead hoist, pallet jack, hydraulic lift table)
• Accurately input production data into the MRP system
• Transport materials and maintain proper product labeling and traceability
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Support quality assurance efforts and maintenance procedures

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalentStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to use measuring tools and basic computer programsBasic math, computer, and communication skillsComfortable with physical tasks like bending, climbing, and kneelingMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols

Preferred:

Forklift experience

Work Environment:

You'll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required.

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Thursday 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM. Occasional extended hours and Friday work may be required as job duties demand. Why UTEX?
