Job Description

Job Summary:
The Blending/Measuring Operator is responsible for supporting daily production activities by weighing powder ingredients, blending products, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean work environment. This position is ideal for someone with an attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation:
Set up and operate machinery according to instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor equipment during production and make minor adjustments as needed.
Documentation:
Accurately record production data and any issues encountered during operation. Ensure all records are completed in line with company guidelines.
Cleaning & Maintenance:
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment to keep it in good working order. Inform maintenance staff of any equipment requiring repairs.
Safety & Compliance:
Follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support a safe environment.
Support Team Activities:
Assist team members with tasks as needed and work collaboratively to meet production goals. Assist with any other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
Skills:
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation. Attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Basic math and data entry skills for recording production information.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with machinery and moderate noise levels.
Pay:
From $19.00 per hour
