This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on manufacturing work, takes pride in quality, and wants to build experience in print finishing and bindery operations. As a Stitcher Operator, you will set up, operate, and monitor stitching equipment used to finish printed materials such as booklets, catalogs, magazines, brochures, and manuals. This position offers the opportunity to work with a supportive production team, learn valuable equipment skills, and contribute directly to on-time delivery and high-quality finished products. Candidates who are dependable, mechanically inclined, and eager to grow in a stable production environment are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate stitching machines according to job tickets, production orders, and customer specifications. Review materials before production and verify accuracy, quantity, and job requirements. Monitor machine performance, make minor adjustments, and troubleshoot basic equipment issues to maintain quality and efficiency. Inspect finished products for stitching quality, alignment, accuracy, and overall appearance. Maintain production records, job logs, quality documentation, and a clean, safe work area. Collaborate with press operators, bindery team members, and supervisors to meet daily production schedules.
Compensation and Benefits Pay:
$17.00 per hour.
