In this hands-on role, you'll help coordinate material handling, shipping, receiving, and inventory activities to keep production running smoothly. You'll also support team members, maintain accuracy, and help improve daily operations. What You'll Do Coordinate shipping, receiving, and material movement to support production needs. Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming materials. Prepare outgoing shipments and verify order accuracy. Maintain inventory records and update ERP/MRP systems. Prioritize daily tasks and assist with training team members. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and workflow issues. Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work environment. Communicate with production teams and leadership to meet daily goals. What We're Looking For 1-3 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred. Previous lead or coordinator experience is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills; ERP/MRP experience preferred. Forklift experience or willingness to learn. Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
