- Saturday 4 AM
- 4:30 PM. There is 1 mandatory Sunday/month. The worker will be given all their Sunday dates in advance. Monday

$19.26/hr. + shift premium Summary The Machine Operator is responsible for supporting safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations by inspecting, testing, operating, and maintaining production equipment. This role ensures products and equipment meet quality standards, follows standardized work instructions, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives. Job Description Inspect documentation, components, materials, subassemblies, and finished equipment to verify compliance with established specifications. Utilize calibrated measuring instruments to perform accurate inspections with acceptable repeatability and reproducibility. Perform manufacturing and engineering tests in accordance with established procedures and standardized work instructions. Assist with the design, setup, and execution of testing fixtures and equipment. Safely conduct inspection and testing activities while following all workplace safety procedures. Participate in hazard analysis and risk control activities related to testing and inspection processes. Perform calibration of measurement systems when authorized. Follow inspection procedures, test plans, and standardized work instructions while providing recommendations for process improvements. Accurately document inspection and testing results and monitor trends to ensure consistent product quality. Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying manufacturing best practices and operational excellence principles. Set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance on manufacturing equipment with appropriate guidance. Maintain accurate production records, activity logs, and quality documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while complying with all company safety policies and procedures. Skills Required Ability to read, understand, and follow standardized work instructions. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation. Basic math skills with the ability to perform simple calculations. Ability to use precision measuring instruments to inspect small parts. Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment with assistance. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to maintain accurate records and complete required documentation. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
