Digital Press Operators Capable of setting up and operating at least two different press types according to company and industry standards, while accurately completing all required daily and weekly documentation. Confirm the accuracy of work order information and make necessary press adjustments to ensure adherence to quality standards. Meet or exceed established print efficiency standards, and monitor print assistant and QCI compliance with procedures. Maintain the cleanliness of the press and surrounding area, demonstrating a strong understanding of workflow, processes, and procedures. Utilize PMS color matching books and densitometers to accurately measure dot characteristics and colorspace. Participate in cross-training in at least one other area and be willing to work in other areas as needed to support team goals. Previous machine operator experience is preferred (3-6+ months). All candidates must be able to effectively communicate in English (reading, writing, and speaking), be available for weekend work and overtime as needed, and understand and follow all safety guidelines.
